Proposed floor finishes plans. Plans must be to scale.

A floor plan with a length or width indicated on the plan. This is to ensure the scale indicated on the plan (i.e. 1:100) is true to the dimensions indicated on the plan. If the scale and dimensions do not match, our software can calibrate the scale of the plan from a given dimension.​

Proposed section throughs and/or detail drawing of staircases. This is to ensure the dimensions of the treads and risers are accurate when performing the take-off of the floor finish to staircases.​

Supporting information such as proposed specifications and/or NBS specifications that detail the floor finish requirements.

Photos of plans taken at an angle, as perspective and lens distortion make the scale inconsistent across the image.

Surveys and reports that are not relevant to floor finishes, such as; Asbestos Reports, Archaeological Reports, Arboriculture Reports, Ground Contamination Reports, Habitat Surveys, Risk Assessments, Design Access Statements, Drainage Surveys etc.

Plans that are not relevant to floor finishes, i.e. Proposed site plans, External drainage plans, Soft landscaping plans, Proposed roof plans etc.
